We have different options airport transfers service:

1-Private transfers for 1 to 7 passengers.

2-Private luxury  transfers 1 to 5 passengers.

3-Groups private transport (1 to 10), (10 to 20), (20 to 50) passengers.

 

2- What happens if my flight is canceled or delayed?

When making a reservation you place flight number and airline code. In this way we do real-time monitoring of your flight to be aware of the exact arrival time.

In case of not being able to fly and take the service, a refund will be made within 7 days.

3- ¿What happens if my tour is canceled or I cannot participate on the agreed date?

If the tour already booked is not done you could opt for:

A- Modify the tour date.

B- Change it for another activity or excursion of similar cost (If it is for a more expensive tour you must pay price differences).

C- Finally you can opt for a refund of the amount paid for the activity or the members who do not participate. except when it’s a private tour.

Note: To get reimbursed for an unrealized excursion; Non-participation in the activity must be notified 24 hours before the pick-up time to Mydominicantours; otherwise a valid medical certificate will be required to proceed with the reimbursement. In accordance with the cancellation policies of our suppliers and ourselves.
